The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH emphasizes that it is forced to apply the procedure of enforced collection of public revenues owing from previous years on all taxpayers failing to pay their liabilities within the prescribed time limits, in accordance with the Tax Administration of FBiH Act and other by-laws.
Public sale of taxpayers' assets is one of the measures undertaken by the Tax Administration of FBiH in the procedure of enforced collection of tax liabilities, as the last resort after all means of collection of tax liabilities, which were not been paid within the prescribed time limits, have been exhausted.
