Notice to Taxpayers – External Users of nPIS System
External users of the nPIS system of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH who submit income tax returns/reports via Internet, i.e. electronically, are informed that as of 9 January 2012 the nPIS application will be ready for entering and processing MIP-1023 forms in accordance with the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Application of the Personal Income Tax Act (Official Gazette of FBiH no. 53/11).
The user guide for filing income tax returns has been supplemented with information on new types of payments when filling in and entering the MIP-1023 form for the nPIS application. The guide can be downloaded here . The update of documents for the MIP-1023 client application has been carried out. New versions of the technical guide for filing MIP-1023 forms and of the MIP-1023 client application (v1.0.4), as well as the user guide for the MIP-1023 client application have been installed. All changes are available here .
The XSD scheme for the MIP-1023 form has not been changed.

Information to External Users of nPIS Application
External users of the nPIS application of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH – taxpayers that file their tax returns/reports electronically - are informed that as of 8 November 2011 it will not be possible to e-file applications for tax cards (PK- 1001 form) for this type of users. PK-1001 applications will no longer be admitted by means of a single entry of this form or through XML files for several employees of one taxpayer.

New Tax Information System Will Not Be Operational From 23 September until 27 September 2011
Notification to:
external users of the New Tax Information System (NPIS),
employees of the Tax Administration of FBiH,
users of NPIS system - TAF project
users of the Register of Fines – ROF and
users of the FISKAL base
that the New Tax Information System (NPIS) will not be operational from 16:00 hrs of 23 September until 27 September 2011.
The reason for the suspension is the installation of new functionalities and launching of a Register of Taxpayers. We kindly ask for your understanding.

DEADLINE FOR FISCALIZATION EXPIRES ON 15 JULY 2011
The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH hereby informs the taxpayers that are subject to fiscalization that 15 July 2011 is the deadline for installing the fiscal device to register turnover.
All taxpayers that are subject to fiscalization are hereby advised to timely undertake activities and actions with regard to procuring, that is, fiscalizing a fiscal device. The taxpayers are also advised not to concede to any bargain with producers/agents, service centres or maintenance technicians with regard to terms of purchase and other activities that producers/agents, distributors are obliged to carry out within the time and in sequence prescribed by law in accordance with the Fiscal Systems Act (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, number: 81/09) and subordinate legislation.

Obavještenje za porezne obveznike - eksterne korisnike nPIS sistema
Obavještavamo eksterne korisnike nPIS sistema Porezne uprave Federacije BiH – porezne obveznike koji dostavljaju porezne prijave/izvještaje putem interneta tj. elektronskim putem da je od danas (04. 04. 2011. godine) nPIS aplikacija spremna za unos i obradu obrasca MIP-1023 u skladu sa izmjenama Pravilnika o izmjenama i dopunama Pravilnika o primjeni Zakona o porezu na dohodak (“Službene novine FBiH” br. 10/11).

Porezna uprava Federacije BiH produžila radno vrijeme zbog predaje godišnjih prijava poreza na dohodak (obrazac GPD – 1051)
Kantonalni porezni ured Sarajevo, odnosno porezne ispostave u njegovom sastavu produžavaju radno vrijeme radi prijema godišnjih prijava poreza na dohodak (obrazac GPD – 1051), zbog očekivanog većeg priliva stranaka, obzirom da je rok za predaju 31. mart 2011. godine.
Pozivamo zainteresirane porezne obveznike da prisustvuju seminaru na temu “Prinudna naplata poreza, doprinosa i drugih javnih prihoda u Federaciji BiH” koji će se održati 31. marta u prostorijama Privredne komore Kantona Sarajevo sa početkom u 10,30 sati.

Obavještenje za porezne obveznike - eksterne korisnike nPIS sistema
Obavještavamo eksterne korisnike nPIS sistema Porezne uprave Federacije BiH – porezne obveznike koji dostavljaju porezne prijave/izvještaje putem interneta tj. elektronskim putem da obrazac MIP-1023 još nije aktiviran za unos u nPIS aplikaciju. Kako se približio 15. mart 2011. godine, rok za predaju isplaćenih plaća i drugih primanja koja su izvršena do 28. februara 2011. godine, a nPIS sistem još nije spreman za prihvatanje i obradu obrazaca - MIP-1023, savjetujemo porezne obveznike – eksterne korisnike nPIS sistema da ne predaju XML file-ove na CD-ovima u nadležne porezne ispostave, jer će istu mogućnost imati putem nPIS sistema.
